A: Yes. Staples Cleaning Services carries full insurance coverage. This protects both our team and your property. You can have peace of mind knowing you are hiring a legitimate, professional company in Massachusetts.

A: Absolutely. We arrive fully equipped with vacuums, mops, and premium cleaning solutions. You don't need to supply anything. However, if you have a specific product you'd prefer we use due to allergies, just leave it out for us and we will happily use it.

A: It is entirely up to you. Many of our clients in Westfield and West Springfield provide us with a key or garage code so we can work while they are away. If you prefer to be home to let us in, that works too!

2. Service Details

A: Think of it as a detailed scrub. While our standard clean maintains the home, the Deep Clean tackles buildup. It includes hand-washing baseboards, cleaning the exterior of cabinets, detailed dusting of blinds, and scrubbing bathrooms top-to-bottom. It's the best choice for your first appointment.

A: We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. However, for Move-Outs or urgent cleanings, give us a call—we always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests in the local area.

A: Yes! Unlike many standard maid services, Staples Cleaning Services offers professional Window Cleaning. We can add this to your regular service or perform it as a standalone job to make your glass shine.
